Textile tales…

Many thanks to the amazing Juliet Hamilton for holding our attention for an hour of intriguing and exciting textile tales, and we’d happily have sat there for another hour too! From her early days when she realised it was upcycling that was her thing - not that anyone called it that in those days - through to her times at Kensington Market, and her years at Amersham and Wycombe college as head of school, we were inspired and enthralled!

This was at our October Creative and Sustainable event at Wrights Meadow centre, where we also have an opportunity to chat, network and plan how to make the world a better place!

The next event is on November 12th 7-9pm with John Brain of BrainySongs performing a song he has written specially for us! Come and get an early mincepie and meet and mingle with like minded people.
